The organisation advocates for an international prohibition on the development of artificial superintelligence (ASI), while supporting continued development of narrower AI applications. The organisation's advisors include former UK Defence Secretary Des Browne, who is Vice Chair of the Nuclear Threat Initiative. ControlAI operates across the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Germany.
