As of October 22, 2025, the firm holds over C$100 billion in assets under administration. It is primarily owned by Power Corporation, which holds a 52.4% undiluted stake aggregated through three entities: its wholly-owned subsidiary (Power Financial), its majority-owned subsidiary (IGM Financial), and its controlled alternative asset platform (Sagard's Portage Ventures).
