The AMD RDNA 3 is a microarchitecture for graphics processing units (GPUs) designed by AMD, first released in December 2022. Graphics cards based on the RDNA 3 are marketed as the RX 7000 series and W7000 series, under the Radeon and Radeon Pro brand, respectively. A modified design, RDNA 3.5, is released in 2024. It is optimized for better energy efficiency, and targets mobile computing applications. RDNA 3.5-based designs are incorporated as integrated graphics processors (iGPs) into the company's systems on a chip (SoC) products, such as the Ryzen AI 300 series of laptop processors, the Ryzen Z1 for handheld gaming consoles, and the semi-customized chip found inside the Steam Machines.
