Machine-translated from the French article

Hit Machine is a French music television programme broadcast from 1 October 1994 to 1 May 2009 on M6. The show was initially presented by Ophélie Winter and Yves Noël until June 1995, before being taken over by Charly Nestor and Jean-Marc Lubin (Charly et Lulu) in a version inspired by the British programme Top of the Pops. On 1 December 2012, a programme titled Génération Hit Machine was launched by the channel W9, retracing the biggest hits from the show.
